5 out of 5 starsThe bralette is well made and gorgeous! Overall I am very happy with it, but I would like to say that as a 32F girl I spill out of the top or bottom of the bralette a little bit because the cups are a tick small. This doesn't bother me as it still looks great!

- Every body is different and I want to make it clear that I try my best to take your information and relay it into the garment construction.
- Measurements or dress size information should all be left in "notes to seller" when at the checkout please or feel free to message me with what you would like.
- Please take into consideration that the colour of fabrics in the images may look slightly different because of the specifics of your computer

- Production time for your order is currently around 10 - 14 days unless stated in the conversation.
Shipping
- Velvet Rebel ships orders worldwide tracked.
Upon postage I will retain a proof of postage receipt. This is so I can keep it for my records. All orders are sent with Poste Italiane with a tracking number.
- This will be sent to you in the confirmation email you receive once I have completed and posted your order.
- International Delivery
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes that you will be responsible for. I am not able to estimate exactly how much they may be.
- If you would like to pay for express courier shipping please contact me with your information and I will be happy to arrange that.
- Delivery costs include the actual postage price, wrapping and ribbon with a handwritten postcard plus the cost of the protective packaging.
- Please take not I am not liable for the delay in delivery times. With how the world is at the moment please take into consideration postage times may vary.

Custom and personalised orders
The best way is you sending me your measurements for lingerie. This way I know exactly what I am working with. The result is perfectly fitted beautifully made lingerie that will last you and make you feel your best self.
I am more than happy to alter and customise patterns to your lingerie desires as well as I can.
Sizing details
Each brand/ company has a sizing chart which I can guarantee you won’t be the same. After working as a bra fitter for La Senza, I learnt the world of bra sizing is mind blowing and really confusing.
So for your orders, if you have anything you are unsure about you can check the sizing chart added to the photo listings or contact me.
Care instructions
For every order sent out you shall receive a A5 leaflet with the Velvet Rebel Lingerie T.L.C
Tender lingerie care!
With the fabrics I use, they are always prewashed with a gentle detergent and left to air dry.
I recommend to hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/delicate setting no hotter than 40 degrees. Air dry. No bleach, tumble dryers or harsh treatments please.
Tender loving lingerie care will ensure your lingerie will last you a longer.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I know gift wrapping can be a nuisance for some, time consuming for others. So Velvet Rebel Lingerie orders come gift wrapped ready for you.
Plain black quality acid free Italian paper is used to protect the lingerie and a satin ribbon to secure the package. A handwritten postcard is added with my thanks. Please let me know if you would like a specific message written.
No order form is included, unless specified and there is no price tag added.
For special occasions gift wrapping can be taken up a level at request.
