I believe this is my third or fourth time ordering from Susan. Her response to my questions was always within 24 hours or less, and she was kind enough to refund a portion of my order when I made a mistake. While I didn't get to see the piece in particular, my friend whom it was delivered to informed me that the likeness of her cat caused her to cry. Susan's previous portraits I had commissioned had always been spot on, so I have no doubt this one was as well. I know that I will continue to return to Susan whenever I want a custom job done.
