This was a really fantastic hotel, loved by all our family! The hotel felt very modern, clean and well looked after. There were three lovely pools plus a splash pad and hot tubs, so plenty of space for everyone. The food was delicious m, with a really great range to choose from every day. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the evening entertainment was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel for our first propper family holiday and we wern't disappointed. The staff are really helpfull and are always on hand, the rooms where very clean and spacious (we had a family suite) and the maids call round every day to clean the rooms and make the beds. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive but there is a good choice and something for everyone. There is plenty of room around the pools and the lawns to sunbathe but as with every hotel you do get the early rises who like to get up, put towels down then go back to bed but there is one particular member of staff who will remove towels if they are not back within an hour or so just need more staff members to follow suit. The pools are great for the kids and the water slides are an added bonus. The hotel is situated on a hill and is a 10minute walk to the nearest beach (down a big flight of stairs) which is easier going down than going up so anyone with a pushchair I would recommend using a taxi or walking the long way down the road but the hotel does put on a free bus twice a day to Maspalomas beach which is nice with alot more going on down there. All in all I would definately holiday here again

The hotel was lovely and nice and clean, rooms a good size, bed perhaps a tiny bit hard but obviously that's personal preference, effective air con in the rooms. All staff very friendly and helpful. The pools are lovely, at the time of our stay only two of the slides were working but this didn't cause any major queues. The food whilst plentiful and fresh was a bit 'samey' each day. The breakfast toasters were quite frankly rubbish and needed turning up (6 passes to get anything more than warm bread!) Drinks galore so all good there and the puddings were always a hit. There's hotel info which states don't reserve sunbeds, yet everyone clearly ignored this! Although it did seem there was enough sunbeds for all, it's just the early bird gets the vest location. Not clear in any literature that if you book with jet2 you can access the all inclusive restaurant until you're picked up for the airport to go home (literature says all inclusive ends at 12 noon on departure day and it was only through chance we found we could eat in there for tea on last day as we had a late flight. )

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was really good, even plenty for me who doesn't eat much meat. Hotel never seemed overly busy even though we travelled in school summer holidays. Only downsides I would say are the pool bar meals not really a lot to offer compared to other hotels we have been but this didn't matter as there was plenty to eat in the restaurant so always lots available to eat. Unfortunately we were put in the noisiest room in the hotel as we were next to the bar and restaurant and constant noise until early hours of the morning but when we asked to move rooms they moved us the same day and were put near the children's pool this was much better. This hotel is great for families as great pool and splash park facilities our kids, 7 and 3 loved it! Recommend this hotel, would definately return!

Our 1st problem was trying to find our room as they are a long walk with no instructions apart from a number 2 outside the front, no one explained there are just 3 floors all beginning with 2 so going down a floor is 20 then room number, middle floor 21 then room number and 3rd floor 22 + room number, also we had to take our own bags and suitcases up and down stairs with no offer of help from reception. Food selection and quality was very good but never kept hot enough and served on cold plates so every meal was cold by the time we were half way through and we’re not slow eaters. They’re the down points, on the upside our room on lower floor was really roomy and spotlessly clean as the lovely cleaner came in every day. All the staff were extremely friendly and outside areas around pools superb. Entertainment? was between 9 and 10pm around outdoor stage but hate to say was very poor. The free shuttle bus to town was gratefully used and required as it’s quite a walk to beach and town. We did enjoy our stay but overall can only rate it 3 star.

Having stayed prior to the refurb I only have good things to say about this hotel but hoping to return sometime this year . The entertainment was fab the good choice was great as was location and staff were fab too . Bit of a walk Up and down hill with a child in a pram but a taxi service direct outside the hotel made it easier to get about.

This is a pleasant hotel in a quiet location. Visiting out of season (first week in April) it was still fairly busy but not full. The hotel is built around low rise 3 story apartment type blocks. The room we were in faced the swimming pools and well kept gardens. Room was big enough for a family of 4 including 2 young children. Facilities in the room were basic but clean and the maid came in each day and kept the place nice and tidy. Bathroom was a decent size and there was a large walk in wardrobe area with a safe that cost around 10 Euro’s to hire for the 5 days. I wasn’t expecting anything more from the room and facilities so it met my expectations. The main restaurant on the ground floor is a large open plan room with a buffet style menu. We found that the meals were pretty much the same each evening and a little bit bland but there was plenty to choose from. Breakfast was standard but again there was plenty to go at and we didn’t need lunch so used the snack bar near the pool that was handy. On the budget we were on the food was ok, it was fresh and a lot got wasted. The pools were cold! It was early April so that’s expected but a heated pool wouldn’t go a miss! There was entertainment on every night and although I’m wasn’t particularly interested in an Elvis tribute act if you like that sort of thing then you can’t go wrong. It’s a short walk to the beach although if you’re infirm it would be a struggle down a very steep set of steps off the road where the hotel is. There’s a nice promenade you can walk all the way to the next resort. The beach itself is a nice wide area with some good waves if you fancy a dip on even a board in the sea. Overall the holiday and the hotel were enjoyable with a special mention for the staff in the place who appeared to work tirelessly. I would imagine it’s a bit livlier and louder in the height of summer but for the price I couldn’t really fault it.

Beautiful grounds and very well kept would recommend especially for families.Food varied although they ran out of gluton free bread half way through the week. Their excuse the bread has to come from Tenerife.The hotel was notified prior to us going that my husband was a coeliac and needed a gluton free diet there was no apology.

Enjoyed the holiday very much. Didn't like some of the entertainment.it was more for the children and really noisy. The shows were ok though. Room was clean, not enough drawers.staff were very professional and resort workers deserve a medal they did such a great job of keeping the grounds spotless.

Location of the hotel – a very steep walk down 150 steps to the beach area, and obviously a very tiring walk to get back up the hill at the end of the day. There is a spar shop at the bottom of the hill but not much else around the hotel. About a 20 minute journey from the airport, we were the first drop-off which is excellent. Bedrooms have no air conditioning which was fine for us as we were there mid October, however I would not choose this hotel in the height of summer. Food was nice, a bit repetitive but no less than the standard expected. Evening entertainment was cheesy as expected, but good if you have children. Pools are fantastic, nice selection of different pools and areas to sit. Mostly clean however there was a large collection of dead cockroaches on the pathway between the childs pool and childrens play area one day. This was the only time that we saw cockroaches. There was no one around cleaning them up, although presumably someone had been round to spray pesticide to kill them. They were gone the next day. Kids club was good, you had the option to allow your child to exit the club themselves which was great if you were sitting nearby the pool area. The animation team were all very nice and friendly. This is the first time we have used the kids club, daughter is 6 years old, and she loved getting a bit of independence, and it’s in a great spot for parents to keep an eye on them. There is free wifi in the hotel lobby area and pool areas but the signal isn’t great. We paid to have wifi in our room for the week which cost 20 euros for a week for 2 devices. We were there with Jet2 and used the free resort check-in which was great, so much less hassle going to the airport with only your hand luggage, it’s a fantastic service.

Brilliant holiday went for my 40th birthday for a week in the sun. would highly recommend this hotel staff were lovely and the hotel was well maintained. And the food was goregous. Im missing it now im home 😥 Would go back

The hotel is lovely but the food lets it's down it's the same everything day, you need to get up at half 6 just to get a bed around the pool, the jet 2 rep got me mad a few times first day there we had meeting about everything we went the 2nd day to book a day and she goes are you with her 2 not being funny but you only meet us the day before so surely you should remember us, if you just wanna stop in the hotel then it's great but we had to get taxi everywhere as it's in the midddle of nowhere but to be fair the hotel is great just not the food,
