What does 'standard shipping' mean?
By default, the so called "standard shipping", means that your order will directly be delivered as registered parcels with tracking number.
Shipping cost is too high, what are my options?
In case you think the shipping cost is high, you can contact with us to arrange a non registered parcel shipping, but be aware of the risk of lost parcels, for which we have no responsibility (no refunds, no resending).
My package/item arrived broken, what can I do?
Please contact with us immediately in case of a broken item. We will ask you to send a photo of the broken item/package, and will arrange a re-send, refund or coupon code for your next buy.
Lost package or order never arrived
We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will not be happy if this happens. So, please contact with us in case of such a situation, and we will find the best solution. We will open a case in our post office using the tracking number of the package and will apply for a full refund.
In other words, be sure that we will definitely deal and address these kind of issues in a way that will be mutually beneficial!!
