Royal Son Bou Family Club

This was the 1st family holiday for my son and his children. From the 2nd they arrived to the time they left, they were treated like 5 star quests. Fantastic childrens entertainment, adult entertainment and food was brilliant - definately would look to go back

We had a fantastic holiday at the Royal Son Bou! The food, service and staff were all brilliant! Our young children loved it especially all the activities that were available to them! We definitely recommend this hotel to families and would love to go back there again.

The hotel was excellent throughout. Food was good, all 4 could eat at every meal. The choice was great as was the opportunity to have the show cooking. The pools were both great, with slides and things in the children's pool and a brilliant bigger pool that was still accessible and suitable for children. The tunnel to the beach made it very accessible and it's a lovely beach too.The apartments were perfect for our needs and were very clean as was the whole complex. Each day when we walked to breakfast we would see a team of cleaners doing rooms that had been vacated and others cleaning and mopping all paths. I have never been to such a clean complex.The whole experience was brilliant and stress free with every member of staff without exception friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a wonderful stay and the 1 bed apartment was ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids sharing the living space. We went half board and there were a good selection of resyaurrest and cafes a few niminu walk away with supermarkets and shops. The kids club was great although our 18 month didn't want to be left but was a good place for them to play. The kids disco was great and everything really set up for kids. No issues getting sun beds at the pool and was nice and warm. Loads of choice for breakfast and dinner. Lovely place!

This hotel ticks all the boxes for us, firstly the staff & kids club staff are lovely, caring & do their best to make everything perfect for your holiday. The food is buffet style which we expected to be average but it is far from it, different things every day & also different themes such as Mexican, Chinese etc. The food was fresh & tasty. The hotel rooms are clean as is the pool. The beach is s short walk and is also clean. Beach towels are also part of the service. For children there are also disposable bibs which are a godsend in the restaurants. The apartments provide washing up liquid & a kitchen sponge & tea towel. We loved this hotel & have booked to go back next year. Only slight grumble was the air conditioning wasn't cool enough but this did not spoil the holiday & I'm sure if we reported this it would have been fixed immediately.

The staff were lovely and friendly and really helpful. The facilities were perfect for young families but also quite relaxing for us as grown ups too! Pool is beautiful. Kikoland kids club is brilliant. Our 4year old loved it and the staff were great with the kids and the activities they did. Evening entertainment was brilliant. All inclusive great - so many drinks included!! Food was good - no complaints. Rooms were lovely, good size and clean. Wholes resort was amazingly clean all the time.

A fabulous hotel with very helpful staff at all levels. Everyone made you feel special. Food is excellent with a great choice, drinks excellent and most branded drinks are included in all inclusive. Sun loungers could be an issue, it was policed on 3 days out of 11 but not consistent. Some loungers were reserved from 8am and not sat on until the afternoon. Please police it daily if you advertise you do. That said I would definitely return yo this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Excellent holiday at royal son bou, staff very friendly, food quality, variety, and options very high. Both my kids (3 and 6 year old) enjoyed the Kikoland kids club. All animation team were welcoming, smiley and genuinely gave the impression they enjoyed their roles. Particular thanks go to Damy whom both kids had a rapport with. Assuming hotel was full but never felt crowded, no problem getting sunbed at any time of day or tables at either of the on-site restaurants. Themed nights at basilica gave interesting additional food options Would definitely recommend. May be back next year :)

Overall a good holiday, very clean and staff very helpful in all areas. All inclusive, good cold buffets and fresh cooked fish/meat. Heated food requires some improvement but still ok. More vegetables for the children required. Good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment good, personally for our children the mini disco was a little too late and when this wasn't on the entertainment didn't keep their focus. Pools and areas good, close to the beach too. Overall good.

This place is great. Short transfer from the airport. Totally planned around kids. Easy to get around with a buggy. A fantastic kids pool. Kikoland is brilliant. Lots of activities. The food is good. Staff are very friendly. Apartments were clean and well furnished, kids sink in the bathroom was a good touch. The grounds are lovely and spotless. The play area outside the main restaurant is a good idea - give the kids their dinner and then put them in there for a while so you can have a quiet meal. There is a tunnel from the hotle to the beach and even this is designed for children with big paintings on the walls. If you have children and are heading to Menora, can't really go wrong here.
