- Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately (if your item consists of contrast colors fabric, lace or trim, we highly recommend to wash it by hand in cold water and avoid long soaking)

- Hang or lay flat to dry in shade

- Avoid bleach, drying machine and iron

We don't make returns of lingerie.

We respect our customers, and thus eliminate the possibility of someone buying underwear that has been in touch with someone else’s private parts.

If you don't like the concept of final purchase or non-returnable item, we recommend buying lingerie in places where you can try it on.

We don't support behavior when a customer threatens to write or posts a negative review unless a demand for a refund, upgrade, or other request is met. We don't check reviews and highly recommend to contact seller if you had any issue with your order, that possibly depends on seller or can be caused by them.
