• "What a lovely stay."

  Attention to detail was excellent, property was spotless, everything you needed was there. The towels were soft fluffy and smelt amazing, White Company toiletries the bathroom were fantastic and welcome pack was a lovely touch. Plenty of hand soap and washing up equipment there. Even the dog didn’t get forgotten he loved his treat and ice cream. All the little things here really made a difference. My only comment would be that the floors were very slippy in places so slippers are a must.

• "2nd stay and was brilliant thank you."

  Just an fyi that the middle tray of the dishwasher came off. The plastic holding it at the back left appeared to be damaged and unable to hold the drawer on. We also felt there wasn’t enough glasses or plates and often found there were none left meant having to use the dishwasher more than usual. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. So thank you for providing such a beautiful place to stay.

• "Absolutely perfect."

  One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in . Welcome goodies a beautiful touch . Robes & slippers also greatly appreciated. Spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels provided were sooo white !!! Only 1 small negative … the 2 single beds moved around very easily which was a bit off putting when getting in and out .

  The apartment gets better every year, always spotless, you don’t need to take anything as tea, coffee, toiletries etc are all there for you to use, great location, parking always a bonus in St Ives & our dog Ted loves it to. • "What a lovely apartment, had everything we could need."

  The owners have thought of everything..The apartment was spotless, the housekeeper Steph did a excellent job, and even put our frozen and fresh food away for us, while we went for a walk,as we arrived sooner than expected. The wine,flowers, scones cream and home made jam, with a goody bag were a lovely touch, we even had a bag of doggy treats which our dog enjoyed. Thank you for a lovely stay. • "Well don’t need to say a lot about how good seaMoor is because we have been there about 8 times and love it."

  Parking right outside with lift up to apartment, balcony with Sea Views and FREE use of the gym pool and sauna at the hotel across the road are all a Big bonus. Place is lovely with all mod cons and the kitchen and three bathrooms have all been refurbished recently. Amazing Place .

• "This is a modern property with many mod cons."

  Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, plenty of towels provided as well as a kitchen stocked with an abundance of cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cookware, cutlery etc. I’ve never seen a place as clean as this one was when we arrived. A few things that were irritating: The beds are very soft and not overly comfortable. The balcony does not face the sea and the sun only hits the balcony for a short period of the day. The sofas in the living area are very uncomfortable, so much so that on the odd evening we did watch TV we watched it in bed. The walk to the beach is only around 5 or 6 minutes down hill but the walk back is a pretty steep one at the end of a day. Over all it’s a good place to stay and with in easy walking distance to St Ives or the train station to take you in the direction of Carbis Bay.

• "Beautiful apartment everything is 5 star, this was our 2nd time at Seamore & we will be back."

  The new bathrooms were lovely & has made me want to re do my own. All the little extras are appreciated, white company toiletries, bed linen, tea, coffee, bathrobes etc. It’s great we can also bring our dog Ted, he loves sitting on the balcony watching the world go by & also loves the treats left for him. • "Seamore is such a great place to stay."

  However this time we were surprised with upgraded bathrooms and shower rooms which was wonderful. The owners and cleaner really make an effort to make you feel welcome! I would recommend Seamore to anyone, especially as you get Spa passes to the St.Ives Harbour Hotel.

  Great to see the owners continuing to invest and update the property. Sure it’s in hand but would be good to update the listing with new photos and also new appliances list eg change in coffee machine so people don’t arrive with wrong pods as we did! • "SeaMore was exceptional, impressive, clean, with all facilities catered for."

  We particularly enjoyed the Spa pass, which was only across the road. This property would not suit people with mobility problems, although there was a lift to the property and an accessible bedroom, to go to the beach or walk into the town there were issues with the road and traffic, and it would be difficult for wheelchair users, or people with walking aides if wanting to gain access to local amenities without having to use a car and as parking in St Ives can be tricky this may cause problems for some people.

• "The location and apartment were excellent."

  Just a few points to improve would be a table on the balcony to place drinks and food whilst enjoying the warm weather. I noticed a lot of other apartments had this facility, ours didn't. All of us in our group thought the lounge sofas were not that comfortable, we found that sitting in them for any length of time made your neck or head ache because it was difficult finding a position that you could rest your head and relax. Everything else was excellent and clean and I would recommend it.

Unfortunately we think that the balcony is too small for a larger dining table, as we find a smaller coffee table better suits the purposes of a holiday apartment. • "It’s our fourth time back at Seamore along with our Border Terrier Gwen, with the weather being kind to us we spend a lot of time on the balcony in the sunshine with a great view from the third floor over the sea towards Gwithian."

  As for the apartment itself, has everything you need and more , your car park space in right outside your window and a lift to take luggage to and from your car is a godsend. Big plus for us was the two passes for the Gym , pool , sauna and jacuzzi along with discount at the Harbour Hotel .

• "The holiday overall was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it."

  The only thing that we had a problem with was the late entry to the property. Although we totally understand that due to the coronavirus there is additional cleaning to be done we think that it would be helpful for the cleaners to let the company know when they have completed cleaning at a property and the company could then ring the client to let them know that the property is free for entry. As we were travelling with a 6 month old baby we would have appreciated an earlier entry than 5.00 pm as we’d been travelling since 7.00 am.

  We have stayed here several times now and just cannot fault the apartment. Massive congratulations to the housekeeping team, the place is immaculate. The location is superb, lovely view, car parking which is a big bonus in St Ives and just a few minutes from the town centre. I’m sure we will be back; in fact, we can’t wait!   It's perfectly placed for St Ives and exploring all the best parts of Cornwall. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and always immaculate. Even though pets are welcome, you would never know if they had been. We don’t have any ourselves. There are some nice touches such as games console, super-fast Wi-Fi, complimentary tea, coffee and a few local treats. There is a complimentary pass for the nearby spa although we have never used it because we are always in the sea. Access is good with parking directly out front and either stairs or lift to the apartment, something our parents found helpful. We would certainly recommend it to our family and friends."

  Absolutely love it. It is ideally situated a few minutes’ walk into town with the benefit of onsite parking and a lovely view from the balcony. It is so spacious and well equipped too and spotlessly clean, high praise to Carolyn the housekeeper who is so helpful too. An absolute bonus to find such a delightful apartment which is dog friendly, although our pooch stayed at home this time. Can’t imagine anyone could fault SeaMore and I will be dropping big hints to return very soon! "

  Ideal spot to be based, pleasant walk into St Ives and conveniently positioned for the beaches and the coastal path to Carbis Bay. The free pass for the Spa at the Harbour Hotel was much appreciated and the treatments available there are reasonably priced. The third-floor apartment us spacious light and airy accessible by stairs or a lift which was much welcomed by my 14 year old border collie. I highly recommend this 3x bedroomed apartment for families or couples with dogs who welcome additional space. "

  It has everything you want for a great holiday, brilliantly equipped and the complementary passes for the Harbour Hotel pool are a nice touch if the weather happens to be less than perfect or if you just want to chill out. The location is perfect too, close enough to the beaches and town centre but quiet at night. It also enjoys great views across the bays to Philack and Godrevy. We would definitely recommend to any of our friends or family. _ "
