"Overall, a lovely property."
Description mentions a bath, no bath; and a coffee machine, no coffee machine. The sink in the 'bathroom' is just NOT fit for purpose, about 6" front to back & about 12" below a wall cabinet. This makes it difficult to get above it & under the cabinet to wash you face, spit toothpaste, wet shave. So we were always wiping the floor up after ourselves. This needs URGENT attention. We cannot recommend this property without this improved.
