ALL ITEMS ARE MADE AFTER THE ORDER IS RECEIVED unless the listing specifically states "Ready-to-ship". Please see specific wait times and shipping info on each listing. During busy seasons such as Christmas, these wait times can be extended by another 1-2 weeks due to order load and/or possible mail service delay this time of year. I will do my best to ship quickly, but please understand that there could be a delay.

Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please pay special attention to the sizing and details of items. Message me with any questions prior to ordering. If a refund is needed due to damaged items from shipping and handling, please contact me as soon as possible through Etsy messaging.

- Please see info on wait times for production and shipping in each listing.
- Some items ship from me in AZ while some ship straight from my manufacturer. Each of my manufacturing partners are provided in the "production partners" section. I'm not currently able to edit each listing to provide the zip code from where it will ship. Please message me with any questions.
- You will receive an automatic email from Etsy when your order is shipped. Your tracking number will be included so you can easily look up its location as it makes its way home to you!

**I am not responsible for customs charges for outside U.S. orders.
**I am not responsible for items lost during shipping.
**I am not responsible for items "returned to sender" due to incorrect address on file with Etsy. These items are not returned to me, they are sent to a shipping warehouse where bulk orders are sent out from.

Rushed ordering is not always available and varies in price depending on the item. Please message me if you have questions! Rushed production can only be added after messaging me and will be added to your order. You cannot receive rushed production after your order has been placed.

I love taking custom orders! I accept them as first come, first served. If I am overloaded with customs, I will close off to custom requests for a period of time that will be specified.

⭐️• • • Customs start at $6 + price of item + price of shipping. The price increases based on level of difficulty/time it takes to create. Message me for details. • • •

▪️We can discuss how long it may take depending on your request and my availability.
▪️Once the pattern is made and we've agreed on it's final look, it would be 3-4 weeks (during the regular season) until it can ship it.
▪️ I cannot change anything about the items except for the print/image on the items.

🔹Step 1: Message me to request a custom.
🔹Step 2: We discuss your request. I let you know if it is doable and if there is a cost increase.
🔹Step 3: We agree on the specifics of your request and the price.
🔹Step 4: I create a listing for you to pay the custom fee of your order. ($6 + )
🔹Step 5: Once you have paid your custom fee, I work on your request.
🔹Step 6: I send you a mock-up of what your order would look like. You agree to it or disagree.
🔹Step 7: If you agree, I will create a listing for you to pay the remainder of your order. If you would like further changes, we go back to step 2.
🔹Step 8: Please wait patiently for your order to be created and shipped to you. Please read my shipping policies for details.
