SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We strive to offer you fast and reliable shipping on all orders, with processing times of 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated, for example, a pre-order purchase).
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Veld, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
International Shipping Policies
If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination (outside of Europe), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.
Inspection
You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are "as expected" condition. In the event they are not in an "as expected" condition, please mail to customerservice@veld.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU customers: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For customers in non-EU countries, including the UK and Israel: the shipping costs for returns outside of the will not be covered by Veld. You will be fully responsible for shipping your item back to our return address. We recommend you opt for parcel tracking.
Customs duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable through Veld. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
