The quality of the sweaters were amazing but I was most impressed with the customer service received. Seller was helpful and supportive in helping realize my vision and customized my order to my liking with no complaints. Politely letting me know when something was not possible or unavailable and offering helpful alternatives until I was satisfied with the end results.
