This listing is 4 ounces of baby llama (cria) combed top. This is very nice llama fiber and is 22.5 microns. If you haven't used it before, llama fiber does not have the memory that wool has, but makes a yarn with great drape which would lend itself very well to items such as shawls.

This fiber would be great for most spinners. It may be a bit difficult for someone just starting out but could definitely be done. This would also be good for dyeing as well, or blending with other fibers.

We suggest any finished items be hand washed, with no agitation. Use towels to roll out excess water and lay flat to dry. This will avoid shrinking and/or felting.

All items are made and stored in a pet friendly (dogs) and smoke-free home.
