The seller was very prompt answering my questions and shipping was faster than projected. The ad says it ships from the UK, but it came directly from China. However, this was not at all what I was expecting, it is small and cheap looking, not translucent or attractive. The tiny balls are a pain to fill and spill all over, but, all that being said, the hummingbirds don't turn their noses up at it and they seem to enjoy it.
