Under UK Consumer Law you may choose to Cancel your Order anytime up to 14 Calendar Days from the date your Order was delivered to you. If your Order is in Transit or has already been Delivered, you must pay to Return the goods to us. You must Return your Order to us in it's Original Condition within 14 Calendar Days of the date you Cancelled your Order. Once we receive your Return we will process a Full Refund of the Item's cost plus Shipping —however this Refund will not include the Return Shipping cost which you must cover. If you fail to Return the goods to us within this time–frame we are not required to issue a Refund. If the Returned goods are not in a Saleable condition we may deduct from your Refund amount to cover losses.

If your Order was damaged in Transit we will happily send out a Replacement at no extra cost to you. However, we may ask for photos of the Item and Packaging to assist us in claiming Damages from the delivery company.

Please remember that Shipping times are approximate and subject to delays beyond our control due to the ongoing global Pandemic. If your Order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time–frame and is determined to be Lost we will happily send out a Replacement at no extra cost to you. In determining that your Order is Lost we may ask you to contact your local Postal Depot to ascertain if an attempted Delivery was made. We may also suggest checking with members of your Household and Neighbourhood in the event that your Order was left in a Safe place.
