How we size Garments.

Garments are typically measured flat then doubled for bust, waist and hips. At times there may be a bit of extra room, for example, if an item is very tailored at the bust. Please go by the measurements in the listing, and ask any fit related questions prior to purchasing. An item not fitting is never a reason for an unsatisfied customer. Vintage clothing may require altering as sizing may be on a different standard; people are taller now for example. Do not go by the Estimate Size or photos alone. If you are ever unsure, please check with us before purchasing.

May I reserve a item or put a item on layaway?

Yes, Layaway/Reserve is available for regular priced items over $100, and require a minimum non-refundable 20% Deposit to go into effect. Items between $100 and $300 may be put on a 30-day layaway, items over $300 may be put on a 60-day extended Layaway plan. Layaway cannot be combined with sale prices, coupons or other discounts. Customers may put more than one item on Layaway, but cannot combine prices to extend the length of the layaway.

Are returns/exchanges accepted?

Generally, all sales are Final. Returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis & only if Jelly Eyes Vintage made an error. All issues must be made via Etsy messaging within 48 hours of receipt. Returns must be approved by Jelly Eyes Vintage prior to return, or will not be refunded, and made w/in 48 hours after our communication. Items must be in same condition & packaged the same as received. Returns will not be accepted for a garment which was tried on, damaged or any fit related issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return was gross misrepresentation by
Jelly Eyes Vintage.
