creative from mother to daughter

In this shop we are two french makers, Betty and Chloé, mother and daughter. We both create and we love to share the pleasure that we take.

La Mauvaise Graine is mostly knitted and crocheted creations. We love to exploring new techniques but also new materials out of the ordinary. We use wool and lot of vegan fibers like linen, hemp, bamboo or nettle fiber.

We use organic wool that comes straight from small farms in the north of France, it is completely natural, washed and handspun by ourselves, without bleaches or chemicals. For the vegan fibers, we try as long as we can to buy it from local business or from fair trade.

We are open to all custom orders so if you want a color, material or form that is not (or no longer) in the shop, feel free to contact us.
