Expensive shampoo
I waited for this shampoo when it had 20%off when I got the bottle it wasn’t full maybe just less than half was gone ! It hadn’t leaked so don’t know where it had gone ?! So it made it even more expensive , I can’t get into the town at the moment otherwise I would have bought it there and made sure the bottle was full , shampoo nice and suits my hair but maybe won’t last too long ?

I love Living Proof 5 in 1 and had high hopes of the shampoo. I find it struggles to sufficiently clean my short hair. I'll keep going with it but still using Nioxin when I need great results.

Really didn't feel any difference in the amount i used or how well it applied itself to my hair, but the same brand conditioner was excellent. Will try another shampoo in the same brand as i do like this stuff.

I have been using 'Living proof' for 6 months now. I am 75yrs old with dull grey thinning hair, so can't get much worse than that. Firstly this is the ONLY product that does not give me a bright red shiny scalp which looks awful when just washed. So so pleased about that. I wash and condition every other day and my hair always looks good, very happy . Don't use too much of the thickening cream as it makes my hair greezy, but is worth using as gives body and more control over fine hair.

New and 'un'improved formula

After years of searching, I found my holy grail shampoo. My hair went from thin, heavy shedding and lifeless to thick, shiny and volumptuous with very little shedding. I paired up the volume shampoo with the no frizz conditioner and it was perfect. Then they went and 'improved' the formula. I don't know what they did, but I now have dandruff, my scalp is SOOOO itchy, and my hair is now shedding just as badly as it was before I found it before the formula was changed. What's worse...I tried 3 times to email customer support to ask to return the shampoo and conditioner as their satisfaction guarantee says I can, and I got no response. So now I'm stuck with a full size shampoo and conditioner that isn't cheap... That I can't use. Very disappointed.
