Our current production/handling time is 1 business days PLUS shipping transit time(business days exclude Saturday and Sunday) If we have an inventory issue we will contact you if necessary.

CUSTOM ORDERS- We do not accept custom orders.
PLEASE EXCLUSIVELY COMMUNICATE with us via an Etsy Conversation. We never check the personal email that Etsy requires us to make available(think junk mail). Instead, we are constantly managing our Etsy conversations and following up by those means. If you email us we will entirely miss the communication (think SPAM folder).

We are happy to EXCHANGE your product within 14 days of purchase IF we have the size you'd like in stock.
We only accept CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the purchase BUT ONLY IF THE ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED. Once the order is shipped, or after 12-24 hours, not only have we begun working on your order but Etsy will also charge us a fee for your order after 24 hours. Within 24 hours we are happy to cancel an order with no questions asked.
In the circumstance that something needs exchanged, we are happy to help if we have made some type of mistake. If you received the wrong size or is the wrong color and we made the mistake, we will be happy to exchange the order if you contacted us within 3 days of receiving your order in the mail. The item must be un-worn, un-washed and free of smells.
Due to the special nature of our outfits and being taken advantage of in the past, we DO NOT accept RETURNS unless some mistake was made on our end(wrong item sent, missed holiday etc.)

What is your current production time?
Our current production/handling time is 1 business day.
Care instructions
We use a variety of printing methods. Most of our items are screen printed, however som are printed using heat transfer vinyl. For longevity of any garment it is recommended that you wash cold-delicate, turn inside out and air or tumble dry.
Can I exchange if the outfit doesn't fit?
We are happy to process an exchange on your order of infant/toddler non-Holiday apparel. How it works:
We have you send the outfit to us and send us the tracking #. As soon as we have the tracking # we can send the new outfit in just a day or two. You'd be responsible for the shipping back but we'll ship the new one to you on us.
