How does the process work?
All files are delivered by Etsy and available almost immediately after payment.
We only sell digital products in our store. Nothing will be shipped to you - instructions on how you receive your files vary with each listing.
We use both Canva and Corjl to deliver our products. Both of these allow you to edit the item independently, and you may use a mobile device, but we always recommend a desktop for ease of use.
Some items, such as images, graphics, and text, are not editable in designs due to licensing restrictions. We have noted this in the description where necessary.

What happens after purchase?
If you have purchased a self-editable Corjl file, a link will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account from Corjl after completing the purchase.
Please DO NOT log into Etsy using your Apple ID.
This link will direct you to Corjl, which is a free application on the Web.
After the purchase, an instructional PDF is provided with videos and instructions on how to edit your template.
If you have purchased a Canva file template - the link to access this is provided in the downloads from Etsy. Canva is FREE to use. Please download the files from Etsy to access the link.
When purchasing a noneditable PRINTABLE - this will be available for you to download inside your Etsy purchases.
What can I customize in the templates?
For all editable items, we provide detailed instructions on editing, and helpful guides and videos are easily accessible.
You may change the text, fonts, and backgrounds on most templates; any restrictions are noted in each item's description.
We provide a demo link where you can try your template before purchasing. A FREE DEMO link is noted inside the description where available.
How do I print my files?
All templates are available to download as JPG, PDF, or PNG.
All files will be downloaded as high resolution - please check with your print provider the required format.
Upload your files to Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, or online print providers.
If your product has two pages (front and back), these should be downloaded as PDF files and cut to size where necessary.

What are the terms of use of your templates and printables?
All our products are for personal use only. Commercial usage is not allowed. You may not distribute, claim as your work, resell, or use it in any manner other than its intended purpose.

Do you offer refunds?
I'm always mindful that people do change their minds, and happy to discuss an alternative if needed.
How long do I have to edit my template?
Our designs expire after six months or one year when noted. This is to allow you plenty of time to edit and make your choices. If you require an extension, please get in touch.
Printables are available in your Etsy account forever. These do not expire.
