If you moved and forgot to update your address in your Etsy account, or misspelled the address before check-out, don’t worry! You can correct the address for your order before it’s shipped, as long as the new address is not in a different country. Simply Sassy Co. processes orders in 2-4 business days. No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders.

Pre Transit means your order has been processed, carefully packed, and a shipping label has been created. Some packages may have already been picked up by your selected courier service and may not have yet updated to In Transit.

Folk + Lore ships Monday - Friday via USPS. Our current processing time is 2-4 business days, processing time is in addition to shipping time. Orders received after 1 pm PT time will be processed the next business day.

If you need your order by a specific date and wish to upgrade your shipping, please send us a message with the following information:

- Need by Date
- Shipping State & Zipcode
- Please include links to the items you will be purchasing and the quantity.

Once we receive your message one of our customer service superstars will reply as soon as they can with a shipping upgrade quote so you can receive your order in time.

Please note that the "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the "delivery" date.

SHIP BY DATE is when your package leaves our studio. You will find the ship by date on your invoice. Please add 2-4 business days (Domestic) and 7-14 business days (International) after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.

DELIVERY DATE is the estimated date when your package should arrive. We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this depends on the carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service.

Once we receive your message, if the problem is due to a mistake we made we are more than happy to help provide a solution.

If the mistake was made on the buyers behalf, we can still provide them with helpful solutions. However, the customer will have to pay any additional costs or replacements including shipping

If your package does not turn up within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and let us know about the delay.

**For INTERNATIONAL orders please be aware that we do not consider a parcel 'lost' until it has been a full 20 - 70 days from the date of shipping. **

Normally this time is much shorter, but due to COVID-19, many carriers are experiencing larger than normal shipping delays.

- What happens if my package is returned?
- All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning to our
studio.
