Was looking for something comfortable to use for church shoes and this is it :) I have extra wide feet so finding something that fits is super hard to do, but these fit the bill! Going to be checking out other styles and colors from this shop :) one note is to double check your size and color before ordering, cuz customer pays return shipping for returns or exchanges and that’s not cheap (: but if you use the size chart and message the owner with any questions you’ll be fine! And, customer service is great, too, if you have any questions or issues!

5 out of 5 starsIt's a bit nerve wracking purchasing shoes online, but I'd been looking at these shoes for SO long and finally decided to pull the chute. The communication with the seller was wonderful, and the shoes came incredibly quickly - 8 days from purchase to my door. The duty charge to Canada was steep, I won't lie. It was $55CAD which I hadn't be expecting. I knew there would probably be duty, but I was expecting about $20. I understand this isn't an issue with the seller, that's just the cost to get them here, but it was a steep surprise. That being said, I agree with someone else's review that these are probably the nicest shoes I've ever had - they're buttery soft and comfortable right out of the box. I would repurchase for sure (I'd just factor the duty into the cost next time). Thank you RubyWorkshop!

EXCHANGES
If you do not feel comfortable in your chosen size you can replace shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The shipping cost of sending the product back to the seller for exchange belongs to the buyer.
Upon receiving any product(s) from you for exchange, we will send you back the products(s) in their requested new size(s) FREE OF CHARGE.
There are no returns or exchanges for personalized items.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
1. RETURN/REFUND:
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from Ruby workshop for any reason, you can initiate the return process within 7 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and customs costs.
During the return process, the shipping fee and customs tax must be paid by the buyer in order for the product to be sent to me.
There are no returns or exchanges for personalized items.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
