I reuse whatever I can, so you might get yours wrapped in Amazon paper filling or in a box that's getting a second life. I reuse the boxes that filament (the plastic used for printing) comes in, but otherwise I generally use new (plain and recyclable) boxes or envelopes with recycled or recyclable inner packaging. (I always try to reuse those air pocket things companies use for padding out boxes, because at least then they're getting used more than once.) Whatever I use, it'll always be clean and appropriate.

Split strips by drawing a strong thread behind the mounted object. Don't pull or pry the object from a surface, particularly a painted one. Take care not to apply strips to damaged surfaces or paintwork that hasn't been properly applied.

I can print larger batches and will offer discounts wherever I can. If you're looking for a very large order, please bear in mind that printing takes time and so I need as much notice as possible. Please get in touch with any queries about bigger orders.

Check that your paint isn't peeling and that the surface is clean and flat. (Don't use them on artex.) Stick on carefully, making sure you put it in the right place first time because they don't stick very well second time. Don't place them on loose paint or surfaces where the paint looks like it might not be properly stuck to the wall. If in doubt, don't stick to your painted surface. If you need to order more, I use No More Nails Removable Strips and they're cheapest on Amazon. I've been told that 3M Command strips sometimes work when No More Nails doesn't, and they should fit although you'll see the end sticking out slightly.

If you're outside of the UK and would like to be able to track your order, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. I use standard, non-tracked shipping unless the tracked shipping option is selected. If you're in the UK, I use Royal Mail 24 and 48, which include confirmation of dispatch and arrival. If you'd like full tracking, please select the Special Delivery option at checkout. If you realise after placing your order that you'd like to add tracking, please get in touch and I'll explain how to pay to add that.

Please note that the delivery dates given at the point of sale are estimates. International post can take up to 6 weeks, anywhere in the world. If after 6 weeks yours hasn't arrived I'm happy to post again, but if the address you gave was wrong then you'll be required to pay the cost of shipping. If you don't want to pay the cost of shipping I reserve the right to deduct the amount I paid for shipping the original item from any refund if you choose instead to cancel the order. If your item was posted tracked and the carrier says it was delivered, I'll need you to speak to them before I'll consider posting again and reserve the right to request that you pay the cost of shipping if I'm to post it again.

I am registered with LUCID (the packaging register in Germany) and I pay a subscription fee to Reclay for the packaging I use. I'm required under those rules to let you know how you can go about returning and recycling options. I use card and paper recyclable packaging. You can return it to me for reuse using the return address on the label on your package (shipping costs are your responsibility) or you can recycle using local recycling facilities. Please ensure you use the correct facilities for your locality.
