Announcement    Welcome to my world of miniatures! I create mainly 12th scale dolls’ house accessories. All my creations are handcrafted with a lot of care and devoted time. To finish an item will depend on its complexity.

Orders are dispatched within a week. I only post/mail orders on Saturdays each week. If you order on a Sunday, that means your order will be shipped on the next Saturday, which is 6 days after you place your order. If you need your order to get to you quicker, please do not place your order. Contact me first instead and I will try my best to do what I can do to accommodate your request. Please remember that once the orders have been shipped, I do not have control over the time it takes for the items to get to you. All orders are mailed/posted via Royal Mail.

I provide free deliveries for small orders within the UK - these are for certain items that do not need to be protected with too much paddings, which can be sent as Large letters rather than parcels. Large letters are sent via Second Class postage within the UK. Paid UK parcels are sent via Tracked Parcel Delivery.

International delivery times vary depending on where you are and restrictions in some countries may cause delay in postal deliveries. Bank holidays and strikes also affect deliveries.
