From the day your order has been dispatched, we automatically send email notifications including the link to your tutorial. Sometimes it might be located in your junk box so feel free to contact us and we'll send you the link :)

Even though I don't accept order cancellation, I would do our best to find a solution.

- If order is cancelled within 24h of the purchase, you will receive a full refund from Etsy and a notification of order cancellation

- If order is cancelled but your order has been shipped, you will be eligible for a 40% refund. You will receive a refund once the order has been shipped back to us and remaining unopen (keeping the original shipping bag). I do not provide shipping label for returns

My local shipping carrier dispatches your order on the same day and I would speak to them to stop your order if possible.

Shipping represents a large part of our product price so I would really appreciate your understanding

The estimated delivery time is based on national and international shipping carrier. I cannot promise your order will be delivered within the estimated dates especially during high season such as Black Friday and Xmas Period.

If your order is delayed, I will share an update with you.
If your order takes longer than usual, I will create a case with the shipping carrier for investigation. It takes from 3-5 business days.

If your order is confirmed as "lost", you will receive a full refund or a replacement order sent to you

For lightweight orders (less than 1kg or 2.2lbs), you will have 2 options:

Free Fast Shipping: 2-5 days (business)
Free Shipping: 8-12 days (business)

For heavier products, only Free Shipping is available
