If you plan to keep your wedding dress as a keepsake, we recommend you to find a local dry cleaner who does wedding dress perseveration. Otherwise standard dry cleaning will do.



【 HOW TO MEASURE 】

Please refer to the steps for how to measure:

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust, wear the bra that you plan to go with the dress. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist level with your belly button.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips. The widest point around your buttocks. Your hip measurement should include your buttocks and hips.


【 LEAD TIME / DELIVERY TIME 】

Normally 7-15 days vary by season. If it’s the busy season, then the turnaround time will be longer.



【 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 】

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the customer can return the product within 14 days after delivery. In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.The product is unworn, unused and unwashed. The product has its original price tags attached. No damges or stains, No hair or lints from other clothes. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
