Each pattern and item is created by me in my smoke-free home. I take pride in my work and hope you will enjoy both items I have created and creating items from my patterns. You are welcome to sell items made from my patterns, but please do not alter the patterns in any way and sell them as your own. Thank you!

Finished products are shipped only to the United States, and will be shipped via USPS Mail within 1-4 business days of purchase. Once items have been shipped, they become the property of the US Postal Service. Items shipped via Priority Mail are insured up to $50.00; if you choose to ship your item via First Class Mail, please understand that the item will not be refunded or replaced if lost during transit and no insurance is purchased. Seller is not responsible for items (insured or uninsured) stolen after delivery to shipping address is confirmed by the USPS (this includes items stolen from porches, doorways, etc.).

Etsy will send you a download notification email once payment is completed, in addition to any transaction notification emails you would receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

After purchase, the pattern is also made available on the Etsy website for download. To access your digital file(s) on Etsy, go to Your Purchases & Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

If you have any difficulty downloading the pattern after purchase is complete, please contact me at cluckcluckboots@gmail.com and I can email it to you directly.

No refunds/exchanges of any kind on Instant download patterns. Pattern purchases are final sales.

In the event you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a physical item, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me in its original condition. I will refund your money (less s&h) or replace with the same item. You must notify me within five days of receiving your order of any concerns.
