We offer many different shipping options during the winter months. Winter shipping insurance which includes an insulation sleeve and a heat pack; and guarantees the safety of your plants in freezing weather or your money back. We also offer the standard heat pack option which does not guarantee the safety of your plants but is also a great option. The final option is just standard shipping which you are taking a risk on your plant arriving in perfect condition with no weather damage. Please feel free to let us know any questions you may have.
