All of my photos are example only. Each order is custom made so you can be sure that your item has been created just for you. Because of that you are able to tweak all of my designs. If you would like more than just a tweak please select to have a 'custom design' so that pricing can be changed accordingly.
All items that can be personalised will have a personalisation box in the listing. Please follow the instructions & always double check spellings & dates. Please note that personalised pieces are EXEMPT from returns.

Any items that are on a chain will have the length provided on the listing.
Bracelets come in a whole host of sizes. The details will always be in the description or you will have an option to choose your preferred size.
Please read individual listings for measurement's.

Please note that the processing times on each listing are the times it takes to make & package your order and enter it into the postal system, not the time it takes to be delivered. The email notification of dispatch that you will receive when I have posted your order is not a notice of delivery.

Please allow the times stated per listing for delivery. I use Royal Mail to ship my items. If you are buying multiple items & you're overseas please contact me for a shipping quote with a courier. This is often faster & more cost effective.
Turnaround time on orders is approximately 2 - 3 business days & then I'll be ready to post.

I use metal stamps to create the designs/wording on my pieces. This is NOT the same as engraving.
The pieces will often have an imprint on the reverse side which is unavoidable. Each letter/number/design is placed by hand, not machine, & is hammered to create an imprint. Because of this the text may not be perfectly straight or of the same depth. The surface won't feel smooth. This is all part of the charm of a hand stamped piece.
My photos show the finished item however placement may be slightly different as each & ever piece is made to order ❤

Items are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Ireland via DPD.

In the UK most items are received 3 working days after completion however please allow up to 10 working days.

USA - Items take 5 - 7 working days to arrive in the USA however they are then subject to customs checks before being delivered. Allow 25 working days.

Ireland - Items take approx 5 working days. Please see FAQ for Ireland for important info.

AUS, New Zealand, Canada, Rest of the World - Allow at least 7 - 14 working days to arrive in the country. Customs checks can delay items. Allow 25 working days.

Peak times such as Christmas do add substantial delays.

I try my best to capture the colours of all of my pieces as accurately as possible. Lighting conditions can sometimes make the colours 'flatter' than they are in reality.
Colours can also look completely different on different models/brands of computers and depending on how their monitors are calibrated.

Although all of my items are posted within the UK via Tracked48 delivery which aims to deliver within 2 - 3 working days, this is not guaranteed. If you want guaranteed delivery for a special occasion; a birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day etc. please select the upgrade at checkout.

The upgrade means I will use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Signed). This is a Monday to Friday service. You MUST be available to sign for your item.

I will enclose a care booklet with each piece. Please read that & the item description.
The enamel used to blacken the imprint will wear away over time.
Do not get your hand stamped piece wet or damp. Remove during bathing, swimming, showering etc. If the item gets wet, the enamel is likely to peel away.
Silver, copper & brass will tarnish.
Always keep away from chlorine, cleaning products, perfumes, lotions & potions.

I mostly use aluminium which is hypoallergenic, lightweight & best of all; tarnish resistent. This is a beautiful metal so don't be put off if you're a die hard silver fan - you won't be disappointed!
I also use sterling silver, copper, brass & rose gold filled pieces. These will all tarnish at some stage. Please read each listing for care instructions.
Copper & silver both can turn skin green. This doesn't mean it isn't an authentic metal (quite the opposite!) It is a chemical reaction with your skin & harmless (albeit annoying!) Bear with the copper as it does lesson over time.

All of my items will arrive in either a linen/hessian gift bag with ribbon or for the bracelets; gift wrap & a ribbon, at no extra charge. However you will find a listing for the option to have your item sent in a gift box at an extra cost. You can also upgrade at the checkout. A perfect option for gifts ❤

As per my policies, returns are accepted within the time frame given (exclusions apply). Return postage costs are paid by the buyer (unless there is a fault etc.) & the item must be returned to me via Royal Mail 1st class signed postage or a Tracked24/48 option - you will need a printer (or if international - fully tracked shipping). Providing the item is in full resalable & in an unused condition then the item cost plus original shipping (minus upgrade costs) will be refunded. However I hope you will love your purchase & that won't be necessary! Please always contact me via Etsy in the first instance of any problems. Personalised pieces are EXEMPT from returns.

My rings are all shown in UK SIZING. However you can leave US/AUS sizing in the personalisation box.

💕If your measurements turn out to be a little off I am happy to resize for free (down or up one size) providing you pay postage (tracked) to & from. For substantial resizing I will charge a flat fee of £12 - £15 plus shipping costs. Please contact me in the first instance.

Please contact me prior to returning. Items must be returned via tracked shipping & you must state that it is a RETURN clearly on the package otherwise any customs fees I have to pay will be deducted from any refund.
I will only refund once the item is back with me & in a good resaleable condition.
These terms exclude personalised & custom pieces.

Do you wonder why you paid a little over the cost of the stamp on your parcel?
*Posting! The cost & time taken to get to & from the Post Office.
* Packaging! I package all of my pieces beautifully as well as providing either a postal box or padded envelope.

Sadly non of these things come for free & Etsy also charge a % on a shipping costs.
So although I never make a profit on standard shipping costs the price of the stamp will always show as slightly less than you paid.
Rush shipping includes a small fee for me 'rushing' your item to the front of the queue ❤

The fonts I use are meant to be quirky & are not typewriter style.

Lollipop (4mm) is a good all round font that has clear lettering with a kooky edge. This is an uppercase only font.

Melody is a smaller (3mm), more swishy font. This is uppercase however some letters, such as the N, are styled like a lowercase.

Always Forever is a 2mm - 3mm font & is a cute, quirky font. It is available in uppercase & lowercase. The characters, particularly the F, is definitely not traditional!

I do have a very basic font if you prefer. The basic fonts are very unforgiving when it comes to lining up though.

Predictive text is a blessing & a curse, because of this it is imperative you check, double check & triple check your details!

From personalisation, through to the address you give - make sure every thing is correct. If something looks wrong, I will always reach out, but if it looks right then I will follow the instructions left for me & make & ship to the address provided.

Providing these details is your repsonsibility. I cannot offer refunds on address details that are incorrect until the item is back with me. Returns can take some time to arrive back (if at all) & then I will give you the option to pay postage again & I'll reship with the correct details or I will offer a refund minus shipping, providing the item is not personalised.

My shop is not season specific, so I will have no idea at the time of your purchase whether your item is a Christmas, Birthday or Father's Day gift!
If you are needing your item for a specific date please get in touch prior to ordering so I can advise. However I cannot give guaranteed shipping times.
If you are in the UK you can upgrade to Special Delivery at the checkout.

As a rule of thumb -
UK - order at least 14 working days prior to the date needed. Let me know if your item isn't received by 10 working days from dispatch.
Everywhere else - order at least 35 working days prior to date needed.

These are not guarantees. Unfortunately hiccups do arise with shipping companies

The layout in the photographs are specific to the particular order at the time of taking them. There may be times where the text or design placement varies. I try to make every piece unique where possible.
If there is a drastic change I will always get in touch to confirm.
Types of change include -
- Placement of names on small tags (around the disc or across)
- Placement of small designs shown, such as stars

DESIGNS - On the listings where there is an option to add a design please make sure to check out the image of the designs available.
As a stamper, I have certain designs available. I cannot create a design.
Please don't leave emojis of designs as the chances are I won't have the design available.

The cost of delivery is more than usual as it will be sent via a courier. It is imperative that you provide me with email & a phone number. If customs/import taxes are due, then you will be sent an email to make payment before your item is released from customs. If this isn't paid, then your item will be returned to me.
