The lodge was exactly what my husband and 8 year old son were looking for! Quiet, calm and surrounded by nature at it's best. The views of the mountains were beautiful, and the location was remote, yet only a 15 minute drive from the town of Golden, and 30 min from Kicking Horse mountain. Bruce and Cathy were lovely! They provided help as needed, and made us feel at home. There lodge was exactly what one would expect when looking for a Rocky Mountain getaway! Cathy is an incredible chef, and made some of the most delicious and innovative breakfasts we ever had!
