Help! I ordered a mug to the wrong address.
Please double-check that your mailing address is correct before placing your order. I can cancel and refund the order so that you can re-order with the correct address if the mug hasn't been shipped out yet, but my mugs are shipped out quickly, usually within 1-3 days, and unfortunately once that's happened there isn't anything I can do. So if an address mistake is made, be sure to message me as quickly as possible!
Are returns accepted for damaged items?
Of course! In the rare case that a mug arrives damaged or flawed due to some manufacturing error, I will happily offer a refund or a free replacement. Just be sure to contact me within 5 days of delivery, and include a picture of the damaged item.
Missing mugs marked as "DELIVERED" by shipping carrier
I do my best to provide excellent customer service! However, I cannot be held responsible for missing mugs that are scanned as "DELIVERED" according to the Shipping Carriers' tracking information. However you can reach out to the carrier and ask for more information about where the package was left, or even a GPS location. If you still are unable to locate the package, you can file a claim with the carrier. Hope this helps!
