I didn't get a shipping notification and the seller itself was quite unresponsive , after 2 weeks my order wasn't anywhere to be seen and i contacted her through her email rather than on Etsy in which she replied fairly quicker. Since i ordered with Klarna Rechnung the payment deadline is the 7th of November which the seller didn't agree with and in response she threatend me with a overdue notice if i didn't pay it before the deadline even though i have to transfer the money to Klarna not the Seller itself , i even contacted Klarna to make sure everything is valid and the deadline is indeed the 7th of November which they confirmed me. She proceeded to call me unprofessional even when i suggested she should contact Klarna herself so they could explain to her how this works. Worst experience i've had so far here on Etsy.
