Hi Teresita, thank you very much for sharing the photo. It looks so nice and smooth! We apologize for any confusion regarding the labeling. The raw material of our fabrics is indeed bamboo from an FSC-certified organic forest. However, due to the processes involved in converting bamboo plants into fabric, we have labeled the material as 'viscose from bamboo' to more accurately describe these processes.

Where are the packages shipped from?📮
Our packages will be shipped from either CA, IL, or NJ, depending on inventory levels and the distance to the final destination. We typically ship the large and heavy items such as bedding and blanket via UPS ground, and smaller items like pillowcases with USPS.
