Shipping took a long time and the item arrived with the wrong type of plug from what I ordered but the item itself was well made and they packaged it with care to prevent damage during shipment. 1/16/2024 - I'm revising this review because we hung up the sign on our wall this past weekend and it looks great. We are very pleased with it. I'm still unhappy that it was shipped with the wrong power cord. Fortunately we happened to have a spare one that we could use it because it would have been a real hassle if we didn't. Besides that, we are very happy with the product. Despite the seller being located in the Ukraine they were very responsive.

Got this for my partner for Christmas and they loved it! We’re huge fans of Heartstopper, and this was a good replica of the neon sign above Charlie’s bed. Shipping took a bit to get to the US and the tracking information wasn’t too accurate but it got here just fine and was well packaged.
