First of all this tree is everything and more than I even dreamed. It is stunning! The customer service was equally impressive. Unfortunately, UPS ignored the “fragile” label on the box so it came damaged. The owner did not hesitate to begin making it right immediately. Literally the day before thanksgiving she was responding to my messages within minutes. I will be back for more of her beautiful items even if I don’t “need” them!
