Please double check your listed mailing address.

If your address in your Etsy OR your PayPal profile is incorrect, please let me know ASAP and I will make sure that your order is shipped to your best & most recent address.

If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, I will ship your purchases to your ETSY invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise.

If you want a tracking number please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

Sometimes the tracking number will not be available at first. If this happens, let us know and we'll sort it out for you.

Once your order reaches your destination country you will be able to track it with your local postal service (USPS once it reaches the US).

Australian orders will only have a tracking number if you purchase Tracked at checkout.

Items may be marked as shipped when the shipping label is created. This can be a day or two before it is actually shipped.

Occasionally orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before a date you need them, unless it has been discussed prior to ordering. We clearly state our processing times as well as shipping times, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

All orders within Australia are domestic.

Domestic orders take between 2-20 business days to arrive, after dispatch. If you are worried about your order and it has been 4 weeks since it was mailed, please:

- Check with your neighbours

- Check all the places your mail could be delivered in error, or left.

- Check your local post office and let them know you are expecting a package but you haven't received it.

If it has been 4 weeks since it was mailed please contact us.

We ship from Australia, so all orders outside of Australia are international.

Due to Covid shipping times have been impacted. Shipping can take up to 7 weeks.

If you are worried about your order and it has been 5 weeks since it was mailed, please:

- Check with your neighbours

- Check all the places your mail could be delivered in error, or left.

- Check your local post office and let them know you are expecting a package but you haven't received it.

If it has been 7 weeks since it was mailed please contact us.

Pins are hand made. There will always be variations in them. We do not guarantee 100% flawless pins. Sorry. But our standard grade is as close to perfect as you can get.

We have 2 grades of pin:

Standard Grade: Standard pins are good-quality pins, but may have very, very minor flaws, including tiny specks in the enamel or plating, small scratches, etc. Usually not seen unless you are looking VERY closely for issues.

Seconds Grade: Seconds pins have minor to many flaws or imperfections in them. That's why we selling these at a discount. All pictures in listings are NOT seconds.

SECONDS do not come on backing cards, just in a plastic bag.

Due to customs in Canada, orders sent there can be very slow, sometimes 10+ weeks. We unfortunately don’t have any way to speed this up.
