I will send you a proof (upon request) of what your product will look like AFTER you make the payment.

I can change the address BEFORE your item has shipped. Otherwise, you can call the Post Office and inform them about your mistake (normally they are very helpful in resolving issues like that). If your package gets returned back to me, I will send you a link to pay for a shipping label. Your package will be shipped back right away.

If your item was processed through my Production partner, I won't receive returned or undeliverable items. Thus I can not reship something. If you still want your item, please reorder it with the proper address.

Please provide pictures of the damaged item & packaging and I will happily replace it. You can attach the pictures via Etsy convo. Also, please keep the damaged mug until you receive a replacement. If your second item arrives damaged, we require a side by side picture of both items.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING. I can't be responsible for your misspelling. You'll have to pay the full price plus shipping cost to replace the item with the misspelling. Thank you.

Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our control. First, check with your household members and neighbors, they may have it. Second, check any possible place the package could be located. If your package is still missing, please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft isn't covered with Shipping insurance and, unfortunately, we won't be able to replace it at our expense. It's a buyer's responsibility to have a safe spot for delivered packages. If you don't have it, PLEASE keep track of your delivery day, so you know when its being delivered.

I normally don't accept cancellations or give refunds. But your cancellation request may fall within exceptions. Please contact me to see if that applies to your order.

Due to the personalized nature of my products (all of them made to order), and lack of space, I do not accept returns.

I’m happy to replace your item (free of charge), if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item.Pictures of damaged or defective products are required before a replacement can be send.

NOTE: I'm not responsible for replacing an item, if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order. You will need to reorder and pay for the item.

If your order requires a photo/picture, you can send it via Etsy convo (messages) by simply attaching it. For photos on custom products, please send a clear photo (the largest size you have). If photos are blurry, grainy or tiny, they won’t turn out well on the end product.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request, when placing your order. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy/USPS. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, weather conditions, busy holiday seasons and other factors, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.
