All our dresses follow the standard sizes 2 to 16. However, we can make a dress for you in any size or a size that is outside of the standard measurements.
You just need to send us a request with the model from our store and your measurements.

We can design and make a dress for you in any size and any color.
There are 2 options:
1. You can select a dress from our collection and we can modify it according your design.
2. You provide us with all relevant pictures and description, and we will create a few designs or you. Once we finalize the design, we’ll work on the dress you approve.

Allow us 2 months for making the dress and 3 weeks for shipment to you.
Out dresses are designed made in our studio located in Europe and by a very professional team with expertise in bridal wear.

The dresses and accessories are designed and made in Eastern Europe from the high quality material supplied by European companies in Italy, France, Turkey.

We want you to be completely satisfied with an item you purchase from us.

We only accept the return and issue a refund on all NON-CUSTOM items available in stock.
Please read carefully about the conditions for return:
(a) We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day you received the package. After that, you have only 7 days to return the item for refund.
(b) The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint, hair or sweat.

Important: We charge 15% in a restocking fee when the item is returned to the store.

We cannot accept returns on CUSTOM orders and regular size dresses/veils that need to be made. No refunds on SAMPLE SALE items.
