4.5 out of 5 starsThe pouffe arrived slightly later than expected. It’s a lovely product and surprisingly very light weight. I would of appreciated the seller making it clearer that there would be an import tax payable by the purchaser. I had to pay an additional £49.99 to receive the pouffe once it arrived in the UK before it was dispatched to me. I messaged them, the sellers response was “It’s not my fault that the government imposes customs duties” when all I’d done was highlight it’s not clear on their Etsy shop.

Love these so much - however, I live in the UK so the order was stuck in Customs and I had to pay £59 per item to receive it. So just be aware of the import charges if you live abroad
