• "Hotels, bnb's, and cottages, this is without doubt the best place I have ever stayed."

  Wonderful setting, imaculately clean, extremely comfortable. Denise and Mark could not have done more to improve our stay. They provided an execptional welcombe hamper and there were even fresh flowers to welcombe us. There were bird feeders stategically placed so we could watch the birds and squirrels from every room. They even left a tub of seeds for us to refill them. The only thing that could have been better was the weather. 15 mins drive away was the Blue Ball Inn where we enjoyed a fantastic meal on our last night. I highly recomend both the home and the Inn. Would love to return sometime. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

• "Immaculate holiday home, description completely accurate."

  Property spotlessly clean with all home comforts and a lovely welcome box of local produce provided by the hosts Denise and Mark who were very welcoming and shared lots of information to ensure we visited some nice places. Resorts nearby such as Sidmouth , Beer, Branscombe and Lyme Regis all excellent. Peaceful location, watching the birds feeding from the lounge window, wish we could have stayed longer.

• "A fabulous property immaculate and clean a great place to stay and explore East Devon and Dorset."

  Treetops is set in wonderful quiet surroundings and great for bird watching, you have everything you need to make your holiday special. Treetops is one of my favourite holiday homes and have already rebooked for next year and would certainly recommend it. The welcome pack is also very special and well thought out.

The location is wonderful, set within beautiful countryside with plenty of walks right on the doorstep and a short drive away from beaches and interesting towns. • "Amazing cottage within the beautiful grounds of the owners property."

  Really great to watch birds on the bird feeders just outside the bedrooms. Exceptional welcome pack which was greatly enjoyed and appreciated. Everything we needed was there, including toiletries and kitchen items. Lots to see and do without having to drive long distances.

• "Cleanest most romantic quiet and beautifully furnished place we have ever stayed in."

  Slept so well and awoke listening to birds singing in the trees outside bedroom window. Everything we could wish for. Good price and enabled us to walk abd birdwatch locally and Darts farm was Brill for Artisan foods. Will definitely stay here again. Thankyou

• "We took a 7 day break at this property to recharge our batteries after a very busy spell."

It's a lovely quiet and well equipped property, perfectly located for exploring Devon and we had a wonderful time.   The welcome pack provided gets your experience off to a flyer. The owners were warm and welcoming, answering any queries you have. Within easy reach of Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Budliegh Salterton, this is ideally situated. I would recommend this property without hesitation - it was perfect to return from a day out to relax, wind down and listen/see all the wildlife, especially when the sun is shining.

• "Treetops is, in our opinion, a top class holiday accomodation."

  It is well appointed with seemingly no expense spared in its furnishings and equipment. It was very satisfying to find everything we would ever need for our stay, the kitchen is very well equipped as are the bedrooms and their en-suite facilities. Whilst in the accomodation we were entertained by many varieties of birds visiting the two bird feeders situated just outside the lounge window. Treetops is well placed for visiting the many interesting local city, towns and villages, each having their own mixture of upmarket shops and eateries. We were delighted to find a lovely welcome box of local treats waiting for us on arrival. Highly recommended. Angela and Barry Thompson

• "From the moment we arrived at Treetops we were amazed how wonderful it was."

The bedrooms en-suite shower rooms,and living rooms were excellent.The position of the living room was excellent for birdwatching,and the location of the cottage was excellent for visiting Sidmouth,Beer,Budleigh Salterton,Exmouth and many , all within a 30 minute drive.
