Soaps will last longer when allowed to air dry between uses. Use a well draining soap dish to prolong the life of the soap.

Avoid prolonged exposure to heat. When soaps are delivered, remove from mailbox as soon as possible to maintain soap integrity.

I'm happy to gift wrap any purchase at no additional charge. If ordering products as a gift, please provide recipient address when ordering and specify if you would like the item(s) gift wrapped.

Due to the personal nature of my products, I can only accept items for return or exchange if they are unused, unopened and still in their original packaging. I do not refund postage for returned items; any postage cost associated with the return is to be paid by the buyer. I must be notified of a return within 14 days of delivery. Provided the item is returned intact as described above, the item will then be refunded once the return has been received.

Most orders include multiple items, which increases the weight of the shipment and requires priority shipping. If your order is under 1 lb, I will ship first class and refund the difference. I will always find the lowest shipping cost and refund the difference, if applicable.
