Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our costumers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us.

You can request the cancellation of your order up to 12 hours after purchase.

We accept returns up to 30 days upon delivery of the package.

Once we receive the package, we will process the refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Our base currency is US$, all our quotes are given in this currency, meaning that our invoices are provided with the correct amount in US$. We do not have any control over exchange rates, fees and taxes of Etsy, Paypal or any bank.

Usually, we take 3 to 5 business days to process the order.

The delivery is made within 12 business days being the average delivery between 6 to 8 business days.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your package is lost, please contact the company to find out more. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us.

Please take note that if you choose the option to leave your order at your front door, we are not responsible for any missing parcels.

Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification for the fulfillment of the order along side with the tracking number.

If you receive the box and it is damaged, report it to the courier immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the box, please send us photos of the product and the box. We will send you a replacement for the damaged product. (we do not refund in these situations).

Keep the original box of the product until the claim is completed, as it may be subject to inspection by the Carrier.

We accept claims for damage to orders up to 30 days after they are received. (except UPS where the deadline is 14 days).

We do not accept claims for damaged products if these have already been applied.

If you want an invoice with the VAT number of a European Company, please notify us in advance (up to 1 week after purchase).

Our shipping is express and has insurance that can be activated in the event of loss or damage to the order, as long as it is reported to the courier (at the time of delivery) and to our Company within 48 hours.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

- EUROPE: TAX FREE (no extra fees within the EU, except UK, Switzerland and Norway).
- USA: 99.8% TAX FREE** for orders below 800 USD
- CANADA (Custom fee's normally present. Confirm with customs for more information.)

If any value for a non EU country is charged, it will be paid by the client. This value is charged by destination country customs.
As a client, you should be informed of any taxes charged at your Country based on your order value.

Orders cannot be canceled and a refund requested to avoid the payment of your Custom Fees.
Refunding is only possible with the return of the item(s).
