*SHIPPING*
*Current TURN AROUND TIME is 2-3 business days BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Shipping is an additional 3-5 days (sometimes longer on the holidays), if you need it sooner please purchase the RUSH LISTING in our shop & contact me before purchase. Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
*SHIPPING INSURANCE*We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsable for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, purchase the SHIPPING INSURANCE listing in our shop. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through U-PIC Insurance Services. All of our packages are mail DHL and USPS.
* ADRESS CHANGES* Please not as per ETSY policy we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that you shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned do to an incorrect address you will be requred to re-purchase shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS* For International Orders we ship usps first class international. We cannot provide a tracking number. Our experiance tells us that arrival time is 1-4 weeks depending on your location.
*RETURNS* All sales are final . Our dresses they can be exchange for a different size or store credit if you need something different. We inspect all dresses returned for an exchange or credit and reserve the right to deny a exchange or credit based in the item condition. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made and hair accessories orders are non-returnable. For other order a 20% re stock fee may be applied. Credit Coupon code will be issued and expires after 3 months of issuance date. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

ABOUT US:
We are a team of hard working mommies all based in Utah. For some of us this is a full time job and for others just part time or helping when help is need it. We love to design, to create and work with our hands. Some of our favorite materials are ribbon,fabrics of all kind, lace, flowers and anything that shines or sparkles :)
