.Do you accept returns, exchanges or modifications after delivery?

Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges or modification requests after you have placed your order. We ask you to communicate any specific request to us via our messaging system before the order process. We are only aware of a preference or request if you indicate it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!


Do you send photos before shipping?

Due to the high volume of orders we create and ship every day, we are unable to send photos prior to shipping. How can I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds. If an item breaks in transit, we are not responsible. We offer insurance on packages over $200, you can submit the claim to USPS online and the insurance amount will be mailed to you in the form of a check. If you require insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase. Please note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging, and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Transport insurance may also require the customer to take the damaged item to a sorting center for disposal and to obtain proof of the item's disposal. **Please note that any damage must be reported to our warehouse within 48 hours of the parcel's arrival.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 working days. If you need an order sooner, you can purchase the rush order fee list in our store, and these items will be processed within 2 working days.

What happens if my parcel is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

"PowerHealingCrystals" is not responsible for packages delayed, lost by the carrier or stolen, all circumstances beyond our control. Once we have handed over your item to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it.

Please contact the carrier directly if your package is delayed or lost. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last pick-up point from the carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What happens if my item is returned to the sender/seller after being shipped?

-If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipment.

My order didn't arrive on time. Can I return it?

There are sometimes delays in delivery times by all our carriers, and these delays increase during the Christmas and New Year period. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive on a specific date, even if tracking indicates an estimated delivery date. There have been occasions when a shipment has been significantly delayed and appears as unscanned, even though it has been dispatched. You will certainly receive your shipment, but we cannot guarantee the delivery date. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they have not arrived on time. If your order has not arrived on time, please contact the carrier.
We do our best to work with you, but we do not control shipping. Please understand that no returns are accepted for late shipments.
