Most of the questions I receive are answered here and in the listings themselves

Digital items are available to download immediately after purchase. The majority of messages I recieve are from people having trouble downloading files because they are trying to do it through the Etsy app. It is not possible to do this using the app. You need to log into your Etsy account using the internet browser on your device, NOT the Etsy app. Please refer to the Etsy help which explains how to download

Please note that the current kit order turnaround time is 3-5 business days.

It would be really helpful to me if you didn’t chase an order until 10 working days have passed for UK orders and 28 working days have passed for overseas orders. Working days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
Royal Mail do not consider items lost until these time periods have passed.

Please be patient when messaging, I am not always able to respond immediately, please allow 24hrs for a response particularly if you are in a different timezone to me (UK)
My normal working hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 - 2:30pm (UK time)

If you are ordering physical items from overseas please allow 7 - 28 WORKING days for delivery. AVERAGE delivery time is 14 WORKING days. Working days are classed by the postal service as Mon-Fri excluding public holidays. overseas orders are sent by international tracked service only.

If you are ordering digital items (PDF charts) it is your responsibility to ensure your email address is stated correctly on your Etsy account. You can also access and download your digital purchases by going into your Etsy account purchase history on a desktop computer. Once purchased, digital files are held on your Etsy account indefinitely.
