Although we do our best to get orders out on time, shipping times are never guaranteed due to post office error or other issues and there will be no refunds given for packages that do not arrive on time.

REMINDER: All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. Please be sure to ask any questions before purchasing, and make sure to check the size chart included in each listing. We are happy to provide a refund or replacement for any item received as defective, or if the wrong design, size or color was received. We may ask for photo or video of the defective product in order to be able to process your refund request. Your request must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Sizing details
Please see each listing for sizing details. We don't accept exchange/return due to sizing issues. Please contact us before making any purchase if you're not sure about sizes.
Return & Exchange
We don't accept Returns & Exchanges. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us!
Receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Care instructions
Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you reports they have yet to receive it, Passion Wear won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.
