What is the item type? And what's Your TAT?
Please Note That We Provide only DIGITAL items. Nothing physical will be shipped to you.I will send you a proof of your design within your selected time frame. It will be sent through an Email. You will then look over your proof and request revisions or approve it. Please allow 24 hours for any revisions.
Price includes 2 rounds of revisions within 10 days of your purchase.

Havent received the item?
Please check your email account and also junk mails sometimes emails land there. The items get deleted after a specific time from junk mails. So if you didnt get the chance to check it in time then please ask me to send it again explicitly.

RIght now we provide only printables. Customised according to your requirements.

Need a refund?
Due to the nature of the item we dont offer refunds once the item is sent Or customised. If Item is cancelled with in 2 hours of purchase we send refund after deducting etsy fee. Item will also be cancelled if you paid twice the same thing and ask for refund.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that you will get the files in the time frame you have selected. Provided you have sent me all the details. Else the time frame will be followed once I will get the info.
What are shipping charges?
As we provide printables so you dont have to pay the shipping cost.

You can print it from your local print shops like vistaprints, staples, fedex, officeworks, posterjack e.t.c COntact me for more details and website link.
What are custom orders?
We gladly accept custom orders. If you need any structural changes like changing the shape, formation, layout[this includes conversion of the information from one occassion to other e.g you want to change a birthday chalkboard to baby shower chalkboard], cliparts, theme of our already listed item YOU HAVE TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER.. You will find the custom order in options dropdown menu in that specific listing.
But if you have to place an order for a totally new item then you have to place custom order against our following listing
