By purchasing any listing in our shop you agree that our designers have full control over the design, font size and placement, otherwise a proof must be added from our Add On section and added to the cart with the item at the time of purchase. All proofs added will add extra time to your processing time and we will only move forward with the order once approved. Fonts are not customizable, they will appear different for each name used, as it's tailored to those specific characters. Some names are shorter than others, we will adjust the size of the name to fit the design, all engraving is specific to it's individual product not as a set. Oh, that's simple. While you're in your checkout screen you will see a box that says "Add your personalization" This is where you would add your personalization information. Please scroll through all the photos and expand the listing description for ordering instructions. Some of our products we offer different brands, colors and designs. You will see all of this information when scrolling through the
photos and opening the listing description.

Our shop does not include a proofs with any item in the shop to keep our production times and costs low. Proofs take us additional time to create. We do understand that some customers request a proof for peace of mind, we do offer that service in our Add Ons section from the main page of our shop.

Absolutely! You just need to make sure their name and address is in the SHIPPING ADDRESS section when in your checkout screen. We never add receipts to our packages so rest assured your recipient will not see the price.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping method to include insurance in the checkout screen. Our shop doesn't cover damages, or lost/ stolen packages due to transit. Insurance is a great way to protect your purchase.

All orders placed going to AK, HI, PR or Caribbean we may contact you for additional transit costs. The upgrade must be purchased for standard mail, if needing Priority contact us first. Transit can take 2-3 weeks based on the destination with standard mail. Thank you

All wood products are considered natural products. They can contain wood knots, curling marks, wood grains, various colorations. This is naturally occuring in wood so each piece will have its own unique characteristics.

Cutting Boards, are intended to have one side for beauty and the other side for function, so only the non engraved side is for cutting food. We recommend all cutting boards be hand washed only and not submerged in water.

If you are sending your purchase to someone other than yourself, you will want to mark it as a gift. You can type a detailed gift message for your recipient in the gift message area provided. This is the only way a message can be added to your order. Your recipient will then receive a gift note without a price and who it's from.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because our products are personalized. Once engraved they become permanent.

Each product has a different processing time on the listing. Please note that all processing times are listed in business days M-F. You will see your estimated shipping time on your receipt after you place the order.

We will accept logos on a case by case basis. All logos are provided by the customer and will be made exactly as given in the orientation given. We do not edit or recreate any logos or images provided by the customer. No proofs will be provided because it’s imaging given to us we do not recreate them. All of our products will use the example photo fonts as the default font we don't offer font changes on any design we offer. If ordering just a single name, custom text, or adding a name with a logo you may use #1-9 on our font sheet.
