5 out of 5 starsVery easy to understand. So glad it had pictures to follow too. I did have to add more knots to step 4. It says you can add a triple half knot on the first knot but I did a triple to each knot to make it easier to reach the next step knot. I also changed the center square knot to a crisscross pattern to make it symmetrical (in pic). Thank you!

This was my first ever attempt at macrame and it couldn’t have been easier. I used 5mm because that’s all they had in the store, but I feel like it needed smaller. All in all, though, I am happy with the finished project and the instructions were easy to follow.

great pattern, the pictures help a lot for the way my brain learns things! i bought 4mm but i think it was closer to 5mm so def follow the instructions for increasing length if your 4mm cord is closer to 5.
