If an item arrives damaged, please send photographs of the damage, the box and the packaging it has arrived in within 14 days of delivery. Then I can make you a replacement and send it to you ASAP.

Please note that I use Royal Mail second class service, signed for, for most of my inland shipping. This helps keep the p&p costs low. If you wish to receive your items quicker, please contact me to arrange an alternative, at your extra cost.

I'm afraid I will no longer deliver to P.O. Box addresses, due to items needing to be signed for. Please ensure you provide an alternative address which as your residential address.

Please note that all items are made to order and will therefore have a longer dispatch timescale. Lead times are often 4-6 weeks.
Please check each item for its specific time frame. If you have already ordered, then your estimated dispatch date will be on your confirmation email.
