First Class- 3-7 business days, NO guarantee on delivery date, delivery date is estimated
Ground - 3-9 business days, NO guarantee on delivery date,

Please DO NOT leave a "need by date" in the notes at checkout, this will not guarantee delivery by that time. I only look at these notes when creating an order and this will not guarantee you will receive your order in time.

No problem! Just purchase the amount you need and list the colors and names in the notes to seller box at checkout or personalization box.

I am human and I make mistakes. If there is a mistake with your order just send me a message and I will have a new item in the mail to you at no cost to you as soon as possible!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns and exchanges on decorated items. Every decorated item is made to order and considered custom.
I do offer returns + exchanges on blank items. Please contact me in order to process your return or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is damaged please send me a photo of your item and we can discuss how to proceed. I usually send a replacement for damaged goods.
LEAD TIME + BUSINESS HOURS
Lead time is different for every item, lead time does NOT include shipping time, weekends or holidays.
Lead time is accurate when all information is provided, if there is a question on your order lead time is set back until all questions are answered.
